Resolution No. 215 of 2021 of Georgian Government on Measures to Achieve Sustainable Use of Pesticides

This Resolution provides for the measures to achieve sustainable use of pesticides. It consists of 14 articles: Purpose and scope (1); Definitions (2); Developing an action plan (3); Training (4); Requirements on the sale of pesticides (5); Provision of information (6); Inspection of the pesticide applicator equipment (7); Spraying from air (8); Special measures for the protection of water environmental and potable water (9); Mitigation of pesticide use or risks in specific areas (10); Treatment of pesticides, storing, packaging and treatment of waste (11); Integrated management of pests (12); Indicators, accounting and information exchange (13); and Liability (14).
