Resolution No. 217 of 2019 of Georgian Government on Creating National Committee on International Trade Facilitation and Adopting its Charter

This Resolution creates the National Committee on International Trade Facilitation and adopts its charter. The charter consists of six articles: General provisions (1); Authority of the committee (2); Main functions of the committee (3); Chairperson of the committee (4); Decision-making rules of the committee (5); and Organizational-technical support of the committee work (6). The committee is an inter-agency advisory forum as provided under Article 23 section 2 of the Protocol Amending the Marrakesh Agreement Establishing the World Trade Organization (Agreement on Trade Facilitation).
