Resolution No. 22 of 2020 of National Regulatory Commission of Energy and Water Supply of Georgia on Licensing Rules and Rules on Notification about Energy Sector Activities

This Resolution approves the licensing rules and the rules on notification about energy sector activities. It consists of three annexes: Licensing rules (Annex 1) – Licensing terms to produce electricity (Annex 1.1), Licensing terms for the activities relating the transmission of electricity and natural gas (Annex 1.2), Licensing terms for the activities relating the distribution of electricity and natural gas (Annex 1.3), Licensing terms for the activities relating the operation of the electricity market (Annex 1.4), Licensing terms for the activities relating water supply (Annex 1.5), Licensing terms for the activities relating the operators of the natural gas market (Annex 1.6); Rules on notification about energy sector activities (Annex 2); and License form and the description of the license form issued by the National Regulatory Commission of Energy and Water Supply of Georgia (Annex 3).
