This Resolution approves the rules for calculating the distribution fees for electricity, natural gas and potable water in a third-party network and for the maintenance of equipment of the distribution network and water supply system. It consists of eight articles: Scope of application (1); Definitions (2); Main principles of distribution (3); Calculating the distribution fee (4); Payment of the distribution fee to the system operator or the water supply licensee (5); Disputes (6); Accounting (7); and Transitional provisions (8).
