Resolution No. 224 of 2022 of Georgian Government on Rules for Determining Characteristics and Minimum Conditions for Inspecting Vine Varieties

This Resolution provides for the rules for determining characteristics and minimum conditions for inspecting vine varieties. It consists of five articles: General provisions (1); Purpose (2); Terms (3); Catalogue of vine varieties and terms for testing (4); and Authorized agency (5). It also consists of Annex No. 1 – Morphological Characteristics for Testing for Distinctness, Uniformity and Stability, and Physiological Characteristics for Testing for Distinctness, Uniformity and Stability; and Annex 2 – Minimum Conditions for Testing.
