Resolution No. 225 of 2022 of Georgian Government on Rules for Certification of Alcoholic Beverages, Agricultural Ethyl Spirits and Agricultural Distillate

This Resolution approves the rules for the certification of alcoholic beverages, agricultural ethyl spirits and agricultural distillate. It consists of ten articles: General provisions (1); Terms (2); Registration of business operators (3); Stages of the certification of alcoholic beverages, agricultural ethyl spirits and agricultural distillate (4); Lot numbers (5); Sampling by a business operator (6); Laboratory testing of a sample (7); Submission of the application for certification (8); Inspection (9); Issuing of a conformity certificate, registration, and cancellation (10).
