Abstract
The Resolution regulates use of forest in Georgia. It consists of eight chapters: General provisions (I); Types of use of forest, types of services, service fees (II); Rules for marking forest for chopping, separation and production of timber (III); Issuing ticket allowing to process timber (IV); Allocation of forest (V); Special use of state forest (V-1); Issuing ticket allowing to use forest resources (VII); and Rules for electronic auction to transfer forest resources into ownership and forest fund – into use (VIII). Overall, the Resolution provides rules for using services of National Forest Agency of Georgia and regulates the process of permitting in the area.
