It consists of twelve articles: General provisions (1); Definitions (2); Program measures and geographical scope of application (3); Transferring a plot of land to the main implementing agency (4); Information campaign (5); Developing enterprise infrastructure (6); Entering into a lease agreement with a program participant (7); Ensuring to implement international standards (8); Monitoring of program participants (9); Transferring property into the ownership of a program participant (10); Terms for participating in the program (11); and Implementing agencies of the program (12).
