Resolution No. 262 of 2014 of Georgian Government on State Targeted Program for Improving Demographic Situation

This Resolution approve the State Targeted Program for Improving Demographic Situation. It consists of eight articles: Purpose of the Program (1); Definitions (2); Administration of the Program (3); Rights and duties related to accepting monetary assistance (4); Program beneficiaries, amount of the monetary assistance and source of financing (5); Issuing the monetary assistance (6); Calculation of the amount of the monetary assistance (7); and Garnishment of the monetary assistance (8). The purpose of the Program is to encourage the birth rate in Georgia, especially in the mountain areas.
