Resolution No. 275 of 2023 of Georgian Government on Minimal Frequency of State Control Measures for Conformity with Animal Health Protection Requirements

This Resolution approves the minimal frequency of state control measures for the conformity with the animal health protection requirements. It consists of six articles: Purpose and scope of application (1); Definitions (2); Frequency of inspections in certain recognized business (3); Uniform minimal frequency of inspections in recognized manufacturer of reproductive products (4); Minimal frequency of inspections in certain recognized aquaculture business and aquaculture business groups (5); and Minimal frequency of inspections in bovine and ovine farms (6).
