Resolution No. 309 of 2022 of Georgian Government on Rules for Undertaking State Supervision of Fire and Vitally Important Objects

This Resolution approves the rules for undertaking state supervision of fire and of the vitally important objects. It consists of seven chapters: General provisions (I); Authority of the supervising agency and rights and duties of the objects (II); Rules for the inspection of objects (III); Normative-technical work (IV); Administrative misdemeanor proceedings (V); Rules for a full or partial cessation of operations at an object’s building, industrial area, equipment and/or storage or of ad hoc operations (VI); and Consulting group (VII).
