Resolution No. 318 of 2016 of Georgian Government on State Program for Privatization of Agricultural Land Lots that Are in Factual Possession of Individuals in Certain Communities of Georgia

This Resolution approves the State Program for Privatization of Agricultural Land Lots that Are in Factual Possession of Individuals in Certain Communities of Georgia. It consists of eight articles: Essence and objective of the state program (1); Definitions (2); Procedure for submitting and reviewing applications (3); Authority of the general meeting (4); Motion by head of municipality/mayor (5); Authority of the Agency (6); Decision about privatization of real estate and a privatization price (7); and Deadline for submitting the application for this state program (8). The objective of the state program is to facilitate the economic and social development of the communities of the Georgia where the program is implemented in, as well as to encourage the cultivation of the land and having it go into the civil circulation.
