Resolution No. 326 of 2017 of Georgian Government on State Program for Unified Production Support for Apiculture Cooperatives

This Resolution approves the State Program for Unified Production Support for Apiculture Cooperatives. It consists of twelve articles: General provisions (1); Implementing agency of the program (2); Definitions (3); Capital investment (4); Terms for the participation in the program (5); Technical assistance (6); Application for program participation (7); Transferring a plot of land or company infrastructure to a program participant (8); Obligations imposed on participants under the program (9); Program monitoring (10); Legal results of non-fulfillment of obligations (11); and Information campaign (12). The program is one of the support measures intended to support honey processing in Georgia.
