Abstract
The Resolution regulates state registration process of veterinary drugs that are produced in Georgia or imported in the country. It consists of 13 articles: General provisions (1); Definition of terms (2); Terms of state registration of veterinary drugs (3); Registration requirements (4); Registration and re-registration (5); Changes to various characteristics of registered veterinary drugs (6); Recognition of registration of veterinary drugs (7); Grounds to revocation of registration (8); State control of veterinary drugs (9); Objects under the state control (10); Destruction of veterinary drugs (11); Referential examination (12); and Liability (13). The Regulation also includes relevant forms for registration of drugs. Only registered veterinary drugs may circulate in Georgia except in specific cases included in the Resolution.
