Resolution No. 338 of 2018 of Georgian Government on State Veterinary Control of Business Operators Undertaking Veterinary Activity and Agricultural Markets where Living Animals Are Sold

The Resolution adopts rules for state veterinary control of the business operators that undertake veterinary activity as well as of agricultural markets where living animals are sold. It consists of 14 articles: Purpose (1); Main principles (2); Definition of terms (3); Inspection (4); Monitoring (5); Non-critical noncompliance (6); Critical noncompliance (7); Inspection of documents (8); Supervision (9); Sampling of veterinary drugs (10); Destroying veterinary drugs (11); Conducting referential test (12); Approval and filling out state veterinary control forms (13); and Liability (14). The purpose of the Resolution is to protect human health and consumer rights.
