Resolution No. 36 of 2021 of National Regulatory Commission of Energy and Water Supply of Georgia on Rules for Assessing Investments

This Resolution approves the rules for assessing investments in the electricity sector (Annex No. 1), the natural gas sector (Annex No. 2), and the water supply sector (Annex No. 3). The rules aim to determine the main principles and criteria for developing, presenting, assessing, approving, monitoring and amending investment plans by the companies subject to regulation in the electricity, natural gas and water supply sectors.
