Resolution No. 383 of 2021 of Georgian Government on Forest Protection, Restoration, and Maintenance Charter

This Resolution approves the forest protection, restoration, and maintenance charter. It consists of eight chapters: General provisions (I); Forest protection (II); Protection of forests from fires (III); Protection from pests-diseases (IV); Restoration of forests, Organization of nurseries and plantation operations (V); Maintenance of forests (VI); Protection of forest from forest-use rule violations and illegal cutting (VII); and Transitional provisions (VIII).
