This Resolution adopts the charter of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia. The charter consists of 21 articles: General provisions (1); Scope of work and objectives of the Ministry (2); System within the Ministry (3); Structural units (4); Subordinated state agencies of the Ministry (5); Legal entities under public law governed by the Ministry (6); Organization and rights and duties of management of the Ministry (7); Manager of a structural unit of the Ministry (8); Department of Relations with Partners of Infrastructure Policy and Development (9); Department of Development of Regions and Mountainous Areas (10); Department of Relations with Municipal Bodies and of Regional Projects (11); Department of Local Self-Government Development and Policy (12); Spatial Planning Department (12(1)); European Integration Department (14); Economic Department (15); Legal Services Department (16); Administrative Department (17); Human Resources and Clerical Department (18); IT Coordination and Management Department (19); Internal Audit Department (20); and Final provision (21).
