Resolution No. 386 of 2013 of Georgian Government on Regime and Rules of State Border

This Resolution approves the regime and rules of the state border of Georgia. Among others, the Resolution also provides for the border regime rules for the internal waters and territorial sea of Georgia (Annex 4). It consists of five chapters: General provisions (I); Organization of base points (II); Use and navigation by small vessels (III); Undertaking industrial, commercial, exploration and other activities in the territorial waters and territorial sea of Georgia (IV); and Final provisions (V).
