Resolution No. 390 of 2013 of Georgian Government on Composition and Charter of Inter-Agency Council on Fight against Corruption

This Resolution approves the composition and the charter of the Inter-Agency Council on Fight against Corruption. It objectives include to develop the overall anti-corruption policy, to adopt, update and monitor the national anti-corruption strategy and its action plans; to implement the recommendations of international organizations in the process of implementation of the national anti-corruption strategy and its action plans; to coordinate the work among different agencies in the process of implementation of the national anti-corruption strategy and its action plans; and to ensure the implementation of recommendations of international organizations, to prepare progress reports and to provide information.
