Resolution No. 400 of 2018 of Georgian Government on Measures for Declaring and Inventorying Real Property Located on Occupied Territories of Georgia

The Resolution adopts the measures for declaring and inventorying the real property located on the occupied territories of Georgia. It consists of six articles: General provisions (1); Procedure for Declaration (2); Inventorying of real property with Public Registry (3); Future registration of inventoried property and current prohibition of transactions (4); Filing cadastral data with Public Registry (5); and Scope of application of the Resolution (6). The purpose of the Resolution is to protect the property rights of internally displaced persons and refugees from the occupied territories of Georgia as provided for under the international law and the Georgian Constitution.
