Resolution No. 406 of 2010 of Georgian Government on Rules for Sending Information to Tax Authority by Local Self-Governance Body, National Agency of Public Registry and Other Registration Bodies

This Resolution approves the rules for sending information to the tax authority by local self-governance bodies, the National Agency of Public Registry and other registration bodies. The noted institutions must submit the list of landowners to the tax authority every year by 10 April. The Resolution also approves the form for the data reporting (2 articles).
