Resolution No. 420 of 2019 of Georgian Government on Rules for Human Health Impact Assessment within Environmental Assessment Field

This Resolution approves the rules for human health impact assessment within the environmental assessment field. Functions and powers of the expert commission (8); Ensuring public participation in decision-making (9); Access to information (10); Feedback (11); Taking into account the results of public participation (12); and Appealing a decision (13).
