Abstract
The Resolution regulates phyto-sanitary certificate issuance by Georgia. It adopts the following sets of rules: Rules for issuing phyto-sanitary certificate and re-export phyto-sanitary certificate (Annex No 1); Forms for phyto-sanitary certificate and re-export phyto-sanitary certificate (Annex 2 and Annex 3); Application for phyto-sanitary certificate and conducting phyto-sanitary procedures (Annex 4); and Act revoking phyto-sanitary certificate (Annex 5).
