Abstract
The Resolution adopts technical regulations applicable to discharging and receiving of water that is flowing into the sewerage system as well as determines the permitted limits of pollutants. It consists of seven articles: General provisions (1); Definition of terms (2); Regulation of waters flowing into sewerage system (3); Management of process of discharging of flowing waters (4); Supervision and control (5); Discharging waters that are above standards into sewerage system (6); and Liability for violation of requirements of Resolution (7). The purpose of the Resolution is to ensure proper functioning of the sewerage system and purification facilities, determining permitted concentrations of pollutants in the flowing waters, restriction of other pollutants in water, and occupational safety of employees working with the sewerage system.
