Resolution No. 435 of 2018 of Georgian Government on Creating and Charter of Governmental Commission on Local Government Reform and Decentralization

This Resolution creates and approves the charter of the Governmental Commission on Local Government Reform and Decentralization. It consists of nine articles: General provisions (1); Main objectives of the Commission (2); Authority of the Commission (3); Composition of the Commission (4); Rules for holding meetings and making decisions by the Commission (5); Chairperson and secretary of the Commission (6); Members of the Commission (7); Working groups of the Commission (8); Amending the charter of the Commission and winding up the Commission (9). The Commission is a consultancy body to the Georgian Government which supports the policy planning for local government reform, development and decentralization.
