Resolution No. 44 of 2011 of Georgian Government on Composition and Charter of Governmental Commission for Implementation of the Action Plan of the Engagement Strategy

This Resolution provides for the composition and the charter of the Governmental Commission for Implementation of the Action Plan of the Engagement Strategy. The charter consists of six articles: General provisions (1); Commission functions and objectives (2); Authority of the Commission (3); Organization of the Commission’s activities (4); Organizational-technical support of the Commission’s work (5); and Termination of the Commission’s activities (6). The Action Plan of the Engagement Strategy concerns the occupied territories of Georgia.
