Resolution No. 442 of 2018 of Georgian Government on Risk Assessment, Risk Management and Risk Communication as Part of Risk Analysis

The Resolution adopts the rules for risk assessment, risk management and risk communication as part of risk analysis for food/feed safety, and veterinary and plant protection. It consists of nine articles: General provisions (1); Definition of terms (2); Risk assessment policy (3); Risk assessment (4); Risk assessment agency (5); Risk management (6); Risk management agency (7); Cooperation between Center and risk management agencies (8); and Risk communication (9). The purpose of the Resolution is to safeguard human life and health, and ensure animal health and plant protection.
