Abstract
This Resolution approves the rules and terms for issuing permits for activities by customs storage and free trade objects. It consists of five chapters: General provisions (I); Issuance of a permit and making changes to a permit (II); Customs storage (III); Free trade facility (IV); Control of compliance with permit requirements, liability and revoking a permit (V).
