Resolution No. 457 of 2018 of Georgian Government on Creation and Charter of Coordinating Inter-Agency Council for Reform of Minerals Sector

The Resolution creates the Coordinating Inter-Agency Council for Reform of Minerals Sector and adopts its charter. It consists of five articles: Legal basis for Council (1); Powers of Council (2); Chairman of Council (3); Meetings of Council (4); and Organization of work of Council (5). The voting members of the Council are multiple governmental ministries and agencies.
