This Resolution provides for the creation and the charter of the legal entity under public law – the Cultural Heritage Protection Agency of Adjara. It consists of 13 articles: General provisions (1); Purpose and objectives of the Agency (2); Authority and activities of the Agency (3); Management of the Agency (4); Authority of director (5); Structure and authority of structural units of the Agency (6); Control of Agency activities (7); Activities of the Agency that require authorization (8); Property of the Agency (9); Finances of the Agency (10); Accounting at the Agency (11); Liquidation of the Agency (12); and Amendment and additions to this charter.
