Resolution No. 463 of 2019 of Georgian Government on Procedure for Phytosanitary Customs Control and Veterinary Customs Control

This Resolution provides for the phytosanitary customs control and veterinary customs control procedure. It consists of X chapters: General provisions (I); Import, movement and destruction of goods subject to phytosanitary control (II); and Final provisions (III). The Resolution, among others, also approves Annex No. 1 – List of goods subject to phytosanitary control; Annex No. 2 – General phytosanitary entry document; Annex No. 10 – List of harmful organisms to plants in Georgia; Annex No. 11 – List of plants and plant products according to quarantine harmful organisms; and Annex No. 12 – Criteria and terms for reducing the frequency of plant health checks.
