Resolution No. 491 of 2014 of Georgian Government on Regulations for Use and Planning of Bakuriani Recreation Territory and General Plan of Land Use

The Resolution regulates spatial planning of Bakuriani recreational territory. It consists of 11 articles: Scope of regulation and purpose (1); Structure of zoning documents for Bakuriani (2); Functional zones (3); Maximum development co-efficient of plot of land K-1 (4); Maximum intensiveness co-efficient of plot of land K-1 (5); Green co-efficient K-3 (6); Cultural heritage and environmental zones (7); Changes to existing zones (8); Special zonal agreement (9); Non-compliance with these rules (10); and Construction of buildings on plots of land (11). The purpose of the Resolution is to establish rules for constructing and planning the recreational territory of Bakuriani.
