Resolution No. 575 of 2021 of Georgian Government on Specific Rules on Official Controls for Trichinella in Meat

This Resolution approves the specific rules on official controls for trichinella in meat. It consists of three chapters: General provisions (I); Obligations of the Agency and food business operators (II); Import (III). The Resolution also approves Annex 1 – Methods of identification; Annex 2 - Freeze treatment; Annex 3 – Assessment of other animals than pigs; and Annex 4 – Stations and reports.
