Resolution No. 590 of 2018 of Georgian Government on Recognition of Business Operators whose Activities are Related to Plant Protection

This Resolution provides for the recognition of business operators whose activities are related to plant protection. It consists of six articles: Purpose and scope of regulation (1); General principles of recognition (2); Procedure for recognition (3); Revoking recognition (4); Obligations of business operators (5); and Appeals procedure (6). It is mandatory to undergo the recognition procedure if an entity’s business includes placing pesticides and agrochemicals on market.
