Resolution No. 597 of 2022 of Georgian Government on List of Industries with Special Work Regimes

This Resolution approves the list of industries with special work regimes. Among others, these industries include agriculture, forestry, and fisheries (marine fisheries); processing (food processing); water supply, sewerage, waste management and pollution clean-up activities; transport and storage; mandatory social security services; healthcare and social services; natural gas distribution; hydrometeorology, nuclear and radiation safety, protection of the protected areas, and enforcement in natural resources (except for oil and gas). The list of industries is stipulated for imposing additional labor protection measures.
