Abstract
The Resolution regulates the compliance control measures enforced by the Environmental Supervision Department. It consists of six chapters: General provisions (I); Inspection and compliance control of the regulated objects (II); Regulation of inspections (III); Conducting inspection of regulated objects (IV); Actions after completion of inspection (V); and Patrol inspections as preventive measures (VI). The Resolution provides list of rules how the Environmental Supervision Department may conduct its inspection and other activities.
