Resolution No. 62 of 2010 of Government of Adjara on Charter for Public Auction for Granting Use Rights on Real Estate Owned by Adjara

This Resolution regulates public auctions conducted for granting use rights on real estate owned by Adjara. It consists of seven articles: General provisions (1); Organizing a public auction (2); Terms for participating in a public auction (3); Rules for conducting a public auction (4); Rules for entering into agreements (5); Rules for creating a commission and its activities (6); and Liability for person with the right of use of real estate (7).
