Resolution No. 63 of 2010 of Government of Adjara on Rules for Application, Review and Making Decision on Granting Use Rights on Property Owned by Adjara to Agencies and Legal Entities of State, Abkhazia, Adjara, and Local Government

This Resolution regulates application, review and making a decision on granting use rights on property owned by Adjara to the national agencies and legal entities, as well as agencies and legal entities of Abkhazia, Adjara, and the local governments. It consists of five articles: General provisions (1); Applicant requesting the transfer of property for use (2); Initial transfer of property for use to a governmental or a legal entity under public law (3); Rules for transfer of property for use to a governmental or a legal entity under public law by a governmental or a legal entity under public law (4); and Transitional provision (5). The recipient public entity receiving the right of use must register the transfer with the Public Registry of Georgia.
