Resolution No 633 of 2015 of Georgian Government on Granting, Suspending and Revoking the Status of Enterprise of High Mountainous Regions

The Resolution provides rules for registration and deregistration of enterprises with the status of “enterprise of high mountainous areas”. The status affords the businesses certain state benefits, such as tax breaks and benefits for the employees. The benefits are provided in Law of Georgia on High Mountainous Areas. The Resolution consists of five articles: General provisions (1); Granting the status of “enterprise of high mountainous areas” (2); Suspending the status of “enterprise of high mountainous areas” (3); Revoking the status of “enterprise of high mountainous areas” (4); and Maintaining the registry (5).
