Resolution No. 65 of 2023 of Georgian Government on Methodology of Management of Investment/Capital Projects

This Resolution approves the methodology of management of investment/capital projects. It consists of four chapters: Essence of investment/capital projects (I); Preliminary assessment of a project (II); Final selection of a project (III); and Budgeting for a project (IV). The purpose of this methodology is to implement a unified cycle of investment/capital project management in order to assist government organizations in assessing and prioritizing investment/capital projects in a consistent and comprehensive manner, which will help in the strategic planning and budget preparation both on the national and sectoral levels.
