Abstract
This Resolution approves the plan of separation of the operator of the electricity transmission system of Georgia. It consists of four articles: Model of the separation (1); General principles for regulating the activities of the transmission system operator (2); Measures to be taken for the separation (3); and Separation of property of the operator (4).
