Resolution No. 7 of 2021 of National Regulatory Commission of Energy and Water Supply of Georgia on Rules for Monitoring and Accounting of Energy Market

This Resolution approves the rules for the monitoring of the energy market (Annex 1) and the rules for the accounting of the energy market (Annex 2). The rules for the monitoring of the energy market (Annex 1) consists of seven chapters: General provisions (I); Methodological bases to determine the appropriate market (II); Methodological bases to analyze the market (III); Market research (IV); Cooperation program (V); Submitting and reviewing a notification about concentration (VI); and Integrity and transparency of wholesale energy market (VII). The rules for the accounting of the energy market (Annex 2) consists of five chapters: General provisions (I); Procedure of accounting (II); Accounting forms for the operation in the electricity sector (III); Accounting forms for the operation in the natural gas sector (IV); and Accounting forms for the operation in the water supply sector (V).
