Resolution No. 72 of 2018 of Georgian Government on Rules for Transporting Nuclear and Radiation Substances

This Resolution approves the rules for transporting nuclear and radiation substances. It consists of seven chapters: General provisions (I); Requirements according to the categories of radioactive material (II); Packaging of radioactive material (III); Marking, label and information sign (IV); Control of transported radioactive material and additional requirements (V); Obligations of the regulator and the operator (VI); and Training of the personnel (VII).
