Abstract
The Resolution bans vending spices and seasonings by individuals (unless registered) in most cases. The only exception to this rule is when the vendor grinds the spices or the seasonings in the presence of the customer. Otherwise, such products need to be packaged according to the Georgian legislation. Under the Resolution, the Georgian Government mandates local municipalities to enforce the prohibition of street vending of spices and seasonings (2 articles).
