Resolution No. 78 of 2019 of Georgian Government on Charter of Rules and Regime for Navigation in Territorial Sea of Georgia

This Resolution provides for the rules and the regime for navigation in the territorial sea of Georgia. It consists of five chapters: General provisions (I); Regime of navigation across separation systems of movement (II); Restricted maritime areas (III); Navigation rules (IV); and Control (V). Notably, the Resolution provides for certain maritime reserves on the Black Seas coast and special regime in these areas.
