Strategy for Land Registration and Improvement of Cadastral Data in Pilot Areas

The Strategy for Land Registration and Improvement of Cadastral Data in Pilot Areas is a national sectoral strategy of Georgia. Its main objective is to ensure a well-functioning land registration process and to improve cadastral data. The strategy and its action plan will be implemented in 11 pre-selected areas which should allow to identify statutory and other issues which will be used to develop methodology for solving the issues. The strategy aims to improve the welfare of landowners, to stimulate economy, and to develop the land market.
