Abstract
This Act establishes the Centre for Scientific Research into Plant Medicine and defines its functions and powers. The Centre shall conduct scientific research for purposes of improvement of plant medicines and promote the quality of plant medicines. It shall be governed by the Council, which may make rules and by-laws for the proper administration of the Centre and propose to the Government amendments to this Act.
