Council of Indigenous Business Associations Act -1993 (PNDCL 312).

This Act establishes the Council of Indigenous Business Associations and makes provision with respect to its governing body (the Board), administration, functions, powers, etc. and the registration of associations specified in the Schedule. These include the Ghana Co-operative Bakers Association and the Federation of Market Women. A District branch of the Council shall be established in each district. Regional and district branches of the Council shall perform the functions of the Council as directed by the Board.
