Abstract
These Regulations provide for the examination and qualification of skippers of fishing boats.
The 19 regulations carry, inter alia the following titles: Persons qualified to enter examination for certificate of competency (1); Qualifying sea service (2); Service in the Ghana Navy (3); Pre-sea training (4); Proof of citizenship (7); Application for examination (8); Issue of a certificate of competency (14); Issue of a certificate in special cases (15); Forgery and other offences (18). (6 Schedules containing also a syllabus for skipper's certificate examination (Second Schedule))
